How do I sign up?

We currently have a waiting list. But give us your contact details and we'll get in touch when we are ready to make you a member!

From there, we will put you in touch with a home manager in your area who will contact you to arrange the on-boarding process. Ideally this is at your home so that we can get to know it but we understand some people prefer a conversation remotely in which case we will accommodate.

What happens in the on-boarding process?

This is our secret sauce to exceptionally smooth service. Your home manager gets to know you and your home. From the details of the way you would like a cleaner to clean your home, to your favourite products, to the details of your appliances like your boiler so that whenever there is a problem we know exactly what to do.

What is the let-in service?

Premium customers have access to our let-in service. For example, if we have arranged you a plumber but you're at work, your home manager can let them into your home and keep watch for your security.
